Questions
Useful answers before you send a bill
What does Naxo Solar need for a preliminary estimate?
The best starting point is your latest electric bill, city or municipality, property type, ownership status, roof or site photos, target timeline, and payment preference.
Can Naxo Solar estimate savings without a site visit?
Naxo Solar can prepare a preliminary bill-based estimate first. Final system design and pricing still depend on site assessment, roof condition, electrical condition, cable route, selected equipment, and permit path.
Does solar always mean a zero electric bill?
No. Solar can reduce grid consumption, but actual billing depends on system size, daytime usage, export rules, meter setup, utility charges, weather, and customer behavior. Naxo Solar avoids zero-bill promises without proper assumptions.
What happens after a proposal is approved?
The project moves through document intake, site coordination, procurement, installation, testing, energization, monitoring setup, and after-sales support.
